The economy is just getting worse and worse and I am spending a fortune on food every week. Can anybody tell me of programs to get free coupons on the mail? I see other families getting lots of them and saving a lot. Any websites or suggestions would be help full

The best website i have found so far is Lionshare club. they have a step by step process to help you get major savings. They have printable coupons, coupons for trade, and a page called stealing is believing that shows you how to get stuff for free at walmart, cvs, etc.
